With the ever-changing trends in hip hop, Trigga T, a hip hop & R&B producer from the Bronx, New York has been able to maintain his space in the business. Coming out from Patterson Projects; infamously known for artists like AG Lord Finesse & Perceee P, he started creating his musical path at age 14 as a rapper but in just two years, he found his passion for production.
He started to show his friends his beats and continued to work hard to perfect his craft. In 2012, Trigga had the opportunity to produce Fred the Godson’s “Put In Work”. This was the first time he realized his talents could lead to a career. Soon after, he met music business veteran Jonny Shipes through Freekey Zekey and Tito Green of the 730 Dips in 2014. After working together for over a year, Trigga decided to sign a deal with Shipes over at Cinematic Music. Throughout his career, he’s won 4 beat battles including Battle of the Beats NYC; in which two have been featured on REVOLT and been nominated as Producer of The Year at 2012’s Underground Music Awards. Some of the notable records he’s produced are French Montana’s “Turn Up” featuring Fly Ty, Cam’ron’s “Oh Yea” featuring Julez Santana, and Freekey Zekey’s “We Hustle” featuring Lil Wayne. Trigga T has worked with artists including Lil Boosie, Smoke DZA, Maino, Reek D Villian, Young B, Trae the Truth, Squidnice and many more.
